HOW TO BOOK

You may contact us by filling out the contact form on our website, by sending us a message via facebook or instagram, call, text or email - please ensure you add as much information as possible concerning your event. Once your initial enquiry has been made, a price quote will be sent to you via email. A deposit is then taken and your date will be confirmed.

DELIVERY AND SET UP

 

We deliver from 9.30am on the morning of your event and collect the following day (igloo and teepees) at an agreed time. The bubble house is a 3 hour hire. Delivery will be 2 hours before your event. Please contact us should you require an earlier set up as an additional charge of £99 incurs.

The igloo and teepee set up usually takes between 1.5-3 hours depending on the package and any extras that have been included. Balloon arches/garlands can take an additional hour for set up. We require a clean, flat surface area of 4x4 meters (16m2) for a safe igloo set up and a clean flat surface of 5.5m for the bubble house. Ideally, our team would need access via a side entrance for delivery and collection but not essential as we can work around this. We have a 50 meter extension cable which will require a power source. Delivery will not take place if the said client is not present at the location of the event. We kindly ask that no children or guests are in the party area during set up in order to avoid a time delay. If our igloo, bubble house or teepees does not fit in your garden or area of choice, set up cannot take place. Our staff are not liable and will always chose the safest, best decision. It is your responsibility to ensure your garden or chosen space is big enough.

After the equipment is assembled, the client MUST check over the set up and ensure all expectations are met.

COVID 19 PROCEDURES

​

To protect you as our client, your guests and our team we regularly santitise our hands to ensure we are not carrying the virus. Masks will no longer need to be worn by our staff members, unless they chose otherwise. We will of course review all government guidelines and act accordingly. We thoroughly sanitise and wash every item included in our packages BEFORE and AFTER use. Any reports of Covid from staff or clients will be reported where necessary. In the event of any of our team or customers catching Covid, as a safety precaution we will not deliver the Igloo or packages on that day until we can confirm it is safe for you, your guests and our team. We will either offer to move your date or offer a refund exclusive of the non-refundable deposit.

DEPOSIT, WAIVER AND BOOKING 

​

Upon receipt of your booking we require a £50 deposit. The booking deposit secures your date. The remaining full balance as well as a damage waiver of £100 must be received 2 weeks before the event. The damage waiver is fully refundable upon satisfactory return of the equipment. Any damage or loss incurred the waiver deposit will be charged to the client.

Bookings received less than two weeks (14 days) in advance of arrival will require payment in full to be sent along with confirmation of read terms and conditions. We must receive confirmation of the final number of guests in your party and add-on choices no later than two weeks (14 days). If the client chooses to downgrade the party after this time, the original booking price will still apply with no refund.

GENERAL TERMS

​

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE GATED GARDEN FOR THE IGLOO TO BE SET UP IN.

When hiring any equipment from us, we will provide you with quality units but in return expect you as the client to follow reasonable safety guidelines when using them to ensure that there are no accidents or problems. Please read the following guidelines thoroughly and retain for your information. You will be expected to ensure it is followed throughout the period of your hire. On delivery we will bring an additional copy, which we will ask you to sign for our records. 

*Please ensure you comment verbally and note on your contact/booking form if there are any allergies within your party, as we provide snacks in some of our packages.

  • It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring our services to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the equipment during the event and overnight.

  • An attendant will be present throughout the duration of the bubble house hire, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its clients and to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience.

  • Please ensure that the site chosen is reasonably level and clear of excessive mud and dog mess. If the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

  • Strictly no dogs or animals (other than guide dogs) are permitted in any of our igloos or bubble houses.

  • No silly string or confetti to be allowed in or near our igloos or bubble houses.

  • No barbecues, fireworks, gas operated patio heaters or naked flames to be used inside the igloo or buble houses.

  • No smoking or vaping inside or within 4 meters of our equipment.

  • No climbing, or hanging on the framework, this is DANGEROUS and will cause damage.

  • When anchoring the igloo or bubble house in the ground, if any underground services (water pipes, gas pipes, cables) are damaged when the pegs go in the ground, we accept no responsibility for any damage caused.

  • You the client will be fully responsible for the hire equipment and all accessories whilst on hire to you. 

  • You the client will be liable for any repair or replacement costs incurred as a result of neglect, misuse or damage of equipment. If you are unsure of anything please call us for advice. This includes breakages of igloo frames /pvc covers/ lights / heating / rugs / pillows / linens / air mattresses / air chairs / bean bags, or extra cleaning needed due to stains. If any item is damaged or stained, charges will apply.

  • UR igloo items exposed to cigarette smoke will incur an additional £100 cleaning fee and be deducted from the damage waiver.

  • It is the responsibility of the client to take duty of care and always supervise children with the hire equipment. Diligence must be taken with younger children on the client’s premises.

  • Once installed the hire equipment should not be moved and should NOT be left unattended if set up on location (public land i.e beach, gardens, other open spaces)

  • A cleaning charge of £100 will be deducted from the waiver in the event that restricted items, mentioned above, are taken into the igloo, bubble house or if they returned in a condition beyond what would be expected from normal use.

  • UR igloo does not take responsibility for injuries to any person using the equipment, however caused.

  • UR igloo reserves the right to cancel the booking if the weather conditions are deemed to be unsafe to erect or once erected a danger to the client or users of the equipment.  

  •  We shall ensure that our equipment is properly maintained and erected in a safe and proper manner.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

  • If you wish to cancel your booking once you have paid your initial deposit, please notify us immediately by notice in writing. In these circumstances any contract will be rendered void and your initial deposit is non- refundable, unless transferred to an alternative date within 3 months.

  • If you cancel within 2 weeks and once the full payment of our services has been made, we will endeavor to reschedule an alternative date with you.  Any and all monies paid will be transferred to the new booking. If an alternative date cannot be arranged then the amount paid minus the booking deposit and personalisation items will be refunded to the same method of initial payment. 

  • If the booking deposit and damage waiver is not received by the specified date on the booking confirmation form, your hire booking will be automatically treated as cancelled or unless a replacement/alternative payment has been agreed. 

  • Your safety is our highest priority, so in the event that your booking cannot take place due to COVID-19, a credit note will be issued and will be valid for 1 year from the booking date. Refunds will not be issued.

 

We reserve the right to cancel your hire booking at any time. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be made to you. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for losses or any other costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
